Finding clients for your business.

It depends on the energy. I want to feel like they are excited to work with me, as much as I’m excited to work with them. I can tell right away if a customer is not going to work out.

I take pride learning about the clients, and always outperforming the price of my service. Being a one-man operation is a powerful situation, and allows me to be more creative for you. Discipline is the key to success, and not being negative about the process.

I’m currently a videographer in Houston, Texas.

Right now I’m most interested in a recurring situation. I like creating consistent content with my clients, because that content always gets better. Content and ideas evolve over time.

It’s a real bummer, when a client doesn’t pan out. I usually put in a lot of time researching the potential clients industry, then I put together a plan for them. The client isn’t paying for any of these ideas. That’s the risk I take. Recently, I pitched a business some ideas, then me spearheading those ideas. This went on for 2 months. I spent hours researching that his Competitors were doing, I wrote a few articles to get the ball rolling, and we even filmed a quick intro video about his new location. I never even consider someone is using me. When I start, I put my head down and work. I’m laser focused.

After I gave them the video, and uploaded the article to their website, they ended up hiring somoene else to do exactly what I said they should be doing. It’s a bummer, but it happens. I learn from every Experience, and I don’t regret doing all the free work. I’m flattered that they liked my ideas. I wish them the best.
