At Dope Creative Studios, members can also participate in ongoing scripted projects and original series. That gives you the opportunity to develop a character over multiple scenes while also creating individual clips you can use for your reel.

Why We Like Ongoing Series

Personally, I think an ongoing series can be even more valuable than filming isolated demo reel scenes. Instead of playing a character for two minutes and never seeing them again, you get a chance to build that character over time. You learn what works. You watch yourself back. You make adjustments. And you end up with footage that feels connected instead of looking like five unrelated scenes filmed specifically for a reel. You still get the clips. You just also get the experience of actually making something.

Demo Reel Filming Is Included With Membership

Demo reel and original scene opportunities are part of Dope Creative Studios membership. Membership is currently $60 per month and also includes self-tapes, on-camera audition training, cold-reading practice, writers room sessions, and opportunities to create original content.
